Ole!!! A bit blurry but you get the picture!
We started the evening with another delicious
Spanish buffet with Sangria and red wine flowing. After dinner we were ushered
through to a smallish room where we were packed in like sardines. Spain’s most
famous entertainment captured our attention the moment the performers stepped
onto the stage. The passion, the intensity, the austerity, the colour and the
legerdemain of the performers had us captivated from start to finish. The
Flamenco was originally performed by the gypsies as a way to express themselves
and the treatment they had received. During the time Franco ruled Spain,
Flamenco was outlawed but it has resurged with a vengeance.
