Day visit to Bruton and Wells

After visiting the Jane Austen Museum and learning about Jane's Bath experience and the effect that living here had on her and and writing, we headed off for lunch to a quaint little village in Somerset, called Bruton. On Uncle Jonathan's advice we dined 'At the Chapel', which has been converted from a Chapel to an outstanding provincial restaurant with scents of freshly baked artisan bread greeting you as you enter the doors. Delicious!!!!
Our next travel tip from Uncle Jonathan was a must see, the spectacular St Andrew's Cathedral at Wells. This is by far the most impressive Cathedral I have ever sighted. It takes your breath away as you wander through the church awestruck by the splendour and grandeur. Photos cannot capture the magnitude of the Cathedral and simply do not do it justice.
